Special Requests

Have something special in mind?

We are happy to consider custom flavors, larger orders, special occasion bakes, and thoughtful ideas for your gatherings, gifts, and celebrations.

Request Something Personal

We love thoughtful ideas, custom flavors, and bakes made for a reason.

If you are planning a brunch, birthday morning, holiday table, thank-you gift, family gathering, office treat, or simply have a flavor idea you would love to see, we would be happy to take your special request into consideration.

Sunflower Microbakery is built around warm, small-batch baking, so every request is looked at with care. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours and let you know what is possible based on timing, ingredients, order size, and the current bake schedule.

Please keep in mind that not every request will be possible. Some custom ideas may require extra planning, special ingredients, recipe testing, or additional time, so specialty requests may include an added cost or require additional compensation.

That said, if your request fits our schedule and cottage-bakery style, we would be so excited to help make something beautiful, personal, and memorable for you.

Custom requests we may consider

Flavor ideas: seasonal rolls, cookie flavors, muffins, loaves, breads, and conchas.
Group orders: small gatherings, brunch boxes, office treats, and family celebrations.
Giftable bakes: thoughtful boxes, curated assortments, and seasonal treats.
How It Works

A simple request process, made with care.

1

Send your idea

Tell us what you are hoping for, when you need it, and any flavors, quantities, or details that matter.

2

We review it

We will review the request, check timing and ingredients, and try to respond within 24 hours.

3

We confirm details

If it is possible, we will confirm the item, timing, pickup details, and any specialty pricing before baking.

A quick note

We love creative ideas, but we also care about doing every bake well.

The more notice you can give, the better. Requests with specialty ingredients, larger quantities, or recipe development may need extra time and may include additional cost.
